Director, Tumagole Trading Enterprise, South Africa

Flavia started a handbag business to create another stream of income as the salary she was earning at the time couldn’t meet her needs. The handbags were well received in the market and inspired her entrepreneurial spirit to go into building and renovations. She found her calling in construction when she built her own house from the ground up, using profits made from selling exclusive handmade handbags. While building her home, she realised there was a great demand for building and renovation services. She founded Tumagole Trading Enterprise (known from afar) in 2005. Their vision is to create and maintain an organisation of highly skilled construction professionals that serve their clients’ needs with honesty and integrity.

Her aspirations for the business going forward is to encourage smart growth and innovation. Provide their employees with an honest and helpful working environment, where employees individually and collectively can dedicate themselves to providing their clients with exceptional workmanship, extraordinary service and professional integrity.
