QS Margaret Ezekiel is qualified and committed consultant, leader, mentor, and manager, in the urban housing management and built environment in general. She has multi sectoral experiences in leadership, coaching, mentorship, urban housing development and management, project management, investment and financial management, innovation in the property development and built environment in general.
Margaret begun her carrier by specializing in building economics (quantity surveying). She graduated at the University College of Lands and Architectural Studies (UCLAS), DSM. After completing her studies she was employed by the National Housing Corporation. She chose to further her studies at the Institute of Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS), the Netherlands in collaboration with Department of Housing and Management, Lund University, Sweden specializing in the area of urban housing management (that she was interested in) from October 2002 to December 2003. Margaret has been trained in many areas that helps her achieve her contribution to the construction industry.
Margaret is currently an Acting Director of Innovation. Prior to this role, Margaret has worked as a chief Quantity Surveyor, Projects Coordinator, Senior Quantity Surveyor and as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at the same organization; the National Housing Corporation (NHC) of Tanzania.
